Amusing translation

Happy holidays everyone. Just came across something amusing, so will just share it here. Not a translation, so just skip if you are not in the mood for drama.

Anyway, I came across this site, and was amused that someone picked up Isekai Mahou wa Okureteru! Browsed through it, and the quality was amusing as well. A familiar kind of amusing. Here's the beginning of chapter 4.

Amused, I checked the place where I experienced such amusement, here is the same chapter from another site.

After musing for a while, I copied both parts and compared them with a program

Wow, that looked really similar. Maybe these two guys have really similar writing style.

For some amusing reason, I tried comparing the start of chapter 5, against this different site.

The same is true for chapter 2 which came from this site.

It must seemed amusing for me to jump to chapter 2, but there's a reason. That guy left a message at the end of chapter 2, saying it is a hassle to visit the other translator's site, so he will translate it as he read it.
Now, it is time to conclude this badly formatted post.

Theory one
All of them are using the same machine translator program, so all the output are so similar.

Theory two
He contacted all three sites and got permission from them to post an edited version of their work, so this is just some giant collaboration. I will list the sites for anyone who wants to confirm this:

unlimitednovelfailures.mangamatters.com/
shokyuutranslations.wordpress.com/
choukun.wordpress.com/

Theory three
All four translators have very similar writing styles. This is just an coincidence.

Alright, enough speculation for 2016, see you in 2017, hope you have a great time!
